tochpad click by itself!!!

in ubuntu 12.04. there is a utility option mousetweaks --dwell which is about clicking a mouse(my laptap touchpad) by itself; is there any way to disable just that option??? by killing the utility it's possible to do this problem but manual clicking will disable. is there any other way to help this problem??

Its in mouse/touchpad in the system setting, the setting is the one for tapping to click
