change shutdown confirmation?

In Xubuntu 12.04 when one chooses to Shutdown/Logout or Reboot there is a confirmation box that comes up with a default time setting of 30 seconds. Is there an easy way to change that in Xubuntu? In Settings Manager/Sessions and Startup I've deselected Prompt on Logout but that didn't help. My first preference would be to change the time from 30 seconds to 5. My second preference would be to not get the prompt at all. Thanks all. Bob C.

It looks like the option to remove the confirmation dialog exists in xfce 4.10 (see attached) but not in 4.8 which is included with xubuntu 12.04.
