Dell Inspiron 1545 with a clean 12.04LTS Install configured as Dual Boot with Vista Ultimate.
Everything works GREAT with one minor exception.
Once every 6-8 times when the laptop returns from Suspend, it comes up to either a black screen with working cursor or the desktop background .jpg with working cursor. The only way that I have found to "correct" this is a hard boot.
Any ideas regarding what may be causing this and how I may correct it?
I do not consider this to be a PROBLEM, but just an annoyance that would be nice to eliminate, y'know? ;)
