Evolution stuck with read-only access to MS2003 Exchange Calendar

Yes, I know it's ridiculous, but my workplace uses MS Exchange Server 2003. I just upgraded from 10.04 and evolution had read/write access to the calendar, i.e. I could create events on evolution. In 12.04, in general, evolution is much _less_ buggy than under 10.04, but I cannot access my calendar at all.

The calendar appears under the calendar tab, but no events are displayed. I tried to create an event, and it spits a bug that I have read-only access and crashed. On reboot, my exchange calendar no longer appears and I don't see a way to add it.

Any ideas on how to fix?
