Program or bot to make my job easy. Help choose...

At work i have to check multi-able boxes within a standalone program. There is no need to read each block but i have to click each block. What i would like to do is have a program that will click the boxes for me then select "save and print" for me. Cutting 3 pages of inventory down to a single click.

What program do i need to create this? i am not looking for someone to create the program for me i just need information so i can develop it myself.

i'll try to explain in another way just in case that wasn't enough. I want to create a program that with a click of the mouse.,,..,.,. It will select buttons or empty boxes, then select a save and print button. then exit the screen. and even open another screen. almost like a "bot".

It's the kind of thing Automator does on OS X; I have seen several people here complain about the lack of a Linux equivalent, so I guess you are out of luck (if developing one was easy, someone would have done it). Unless you are willing to use another OS...
