On gnome-shell 3.4 (Ubuntu Pangolin), I have a dual-screen setup with different resolution and desktop switching enabled on both screens.
I noticed that the two screens get mixed up quite often; for instance, after suspending and resuming the computer, the nautilus desktop icons appear on the secondary screen, and the desktop background on the secondary screen gets resized. On one occasion I also found that all my windows had migrated to the secondary screen.
Even worse, in some cases the secondary screen is "forgotten" (and only clones the main screen) and I have to setup everything again (which only takes 1mn, but it's still annoying).
Is there any way to fix this annoying behavior ?
