i've recently upgrade xfce to 4.10 from default version of xfce from xubuntu 12.04. Now, everytime i lock screen or suspend/hibernate, my power management tool (shows battery for my laptop) keeps disappearing, and i usually have to activate it again from accessories>power management. ive also checked the session and start up applications, however im not sure on the command line to open power management tool, nevertheless, this wasnt an issue until the upgrade of xfce 4.10
Any ideas as to how to make it stay there?

Edit: this also occurs when i plug/unplug the charging unit to the laptop, and although trivial, fact that its not showing as it should is driving me crazy
