Ubuntu 12 Windows Installer - Documentation?

Hi Folks,

I have found the Windows installer looks great for my Vista PC allowing both o/s's.
But, theres no documentation outlining min requirements or how ubuntu will divide up disk space etc.
Does anybody know wher i can find the docs for the windows istaller?

It does not divide up the disc it's a file in windows.
