Multiple problems after 12.04 upgrade

I installed the 12.04 upgrade from the upgrade manager from 11.10 and now I have multiple problems . Printing has ceased to work , Glipper keeps dying , Nautilus gives a black background where in the list of files panel and the games Iagno and Quadrapassel have regressed . I really wish that I had not pressed the upgrade button . Is there any way to completely back out the 12.04 upgrade ?

Upgrading from one release to another (especially between really faraway releases) is bound to give you problems. You can't go back now because it will create more problems than before.

You should backup your home and reinstall.

I installed 12.04 fresh in DELL VOSTRO 3500 laptop. All systems working fine including printers, wireless and network etc.

Then in another desktop intel core 2 duo on gigabyte mob, I upgraded from 12.04 to 10.04. All working fine so far.
