qtiplot error in Ubuntu 12.04

I just upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04 and found that I cannot use qtiplot any more. When I run qtiplot in terminal, it says:

qtiplot: symbol lookup error: qtiplot: undefined symbol: gsl_multimin_fminimizer_nmsimplex2

How can I fix it?

My sulotion is to download manually the latest version of qtiplot. It can be used.
