I'm now using Iced Tea 7 now, but it lags behind in development again. (Version 3 vs version 4 on the web).
Why is this the case? It seems relatively minor, but back in the Java 6, OpenJDK IcedTea was like version 23 vs version 33.
Someone talks about major security risks from dated java, but if you are on Linux Mint, things are always a little dated.
