If the criteria is still applicable, you may need to wait a while. The criteria may have changed or doesn't apply because of your other contributions. I don't know for sure.

From the Ubuntu Forum Membership Application Wiki (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Forums/Membership), the “main criteria for consideration will be a sustained and real contribution to the quality of the Ubuntu Forums and through that to the wider Ubuntu community. We expect a minimum of six months of consistent involvement."
