Does anyone know of any solution to have 12.04 work with really any version of vmware reliably, i have trauled the net over the past few days and tried much of what was out there including downloading older versions, newer versions, and demo versions totalling nearly 1 gig, each part works somewhat but i really just want to run an old windows (i hope i didn't break any foul language protocol) vm from my previous installation 10.10 using vmware player.
