Ubuntu boot floppies

Hello,

I am looking for an Ubuntu solution for old Win98 PCs with non-booting CD drives. One possible solution is a bootable floppy that will then load from the CD, but I have heard of no such Ubuntu project. Any ideas?

Here are the breezy boot floppies. You can install them and then upgrade to Dapper. (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=75372&highlight=floppy+install+ubuntu) As far as I know, there are no boot floppies for Dapper yet.
