Hi

I've been using nx nomachine for some time now and I'd like to use xrdp instead.

I've installed VNC4SERVER and XRDP.
When I connect to it, here's what I get
https://www.box.com/s/15351bd16355a36aa8eb

And cliking OK, doesn't work.

Anyone has a clue ?

thx

Bonjour FizzBuntu,

I have not used xrdp extensively yet. What I have noticed in my testing of Precise (12.04) is that xrdp does work when the host is a 32bit install (running on an antique P4 2.0gHz with 1GB of memory and a crap video card) but does not work on the two different 64bit installs (running on more modern gear). I set up xrdp on a Lucid (10.04) machine, it ran but I haven't tested it extensively (and I don't even remember if that instance is 32bit or 64bit at the moment).

Hopefully, this is something you may test against.

A bien tot.

Howard

I'm on a 32bits install.
I still fail to find what I've missed in the setup and/or config to make it work properly.
Anyone ?
