I'm upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04 but found below message. Then I check that there is no file in "http://ubuntu.cn99.com/ubuntu/pool/main/libb/libbsd"
Could not download the upgrades
The upgrade has aborted. Please check your Internet connection or installation media and try again. All files downloaded so far have been kept.
"Failed to fetch http://ubuntu.cn99.com/ubuntu/pool/main/libb/libbsd/libbsd0_0.3.0-2_amd64.deb 502 Proxy Error ( The request was rejected by the HTTP filter. Contact your ISA Server administrator. )"
Could you please help check ?
