Problem installing Lubuntu 12.04

Hello guys.
I have an issue installing Lubuntu 12.04 on my machine:
CPU - AMD Sempron 2400+ @ 1.67 GHz
GPU - Nvidia Geforce 2 MX400
RAM - 512mb
When all the files are copied and the installation starts a strange message appears:
"Stopping CPU interrupts and balancing daemon[OK]"

I think this could be a CPU problem.
Is there any solution?

I've managed to install Lubuntu 12.04 with the Alternate CD.
