Did a clean Install of 12.04, and installed VUZE.
Works good. BUT,

If I click the X and close the Vuze windows, It disappears and I can't get it back. right now my only option is to minimize it.

HOW can i get the Vuze icon to show on my bar at the top right when it's still on? with 11.04 it used to be next to my keyboard icon.

Much obliged.

Unfortunately NO. All the experts seem to be on vacation. :)

Actually I remember using some command line to allow ubuntu 11.04 to display active icons (such as Vuze) on my top bar (next to the keyboard icon). but that was way back then and i don't remember where I saw that. :(

If you can pull off some kind of dock, aka "apple" dock type, you should be good :D

Hi!

Please have a look at the instructions given at this page. You have to use dconf-tools for this.
