hi all.
I am new to linux so here goes.
When I perform a fresh upgrade on 12.04 using update manager, I am then no longer able to connect to the internet ( among other things that do happen, however for the moment the internet is the big issue).
I am using wireless usb, I attempt to connect and ubuntu tells me that the modem is now disconnected and offline.
I am prepared to read through any documents I can be directed to but I am unsure where to start.
