I have 12.04 on several Dell laptops and I can't do any dragging operation using the mouse keys above the touch pad. The ones below the pad work fine. This is any kind of drag op, like scroll bar drag, move a window by clicking the title and drag, cut paste action in terminal, etc. Im thinking it is a Compiz setting but I can't find any setting that sounds like my issue. Any clues??
