12.04 via upgrade

i am trying to upgrade from 10.04 to 12.04 but the update manager can not find 12.04. missing repository?

In synaptic repositories>updates on the botom you can choose between update to normal release of to LTS.Select LTS and reload.If your system is up-to-date you should see update manager message that new releases is available.
