Hi,
I have Ubuntu 10.11, and i'm trying to install 12.04. The update manager didn't work, so I burnt the ISO onto a dis and attempted several times to upgrade through the disk. But when I press "Install", it starts installing, then goes black, the disk drive stops, and I can't get any response. Do you guys have any help? Oh and by the way, i am a fairly new user, so if this has line command stuff or more complicated, please make it REALLY DETAILED and easy to follow. Thanks! :wink:
