Pangolin, ocelet, narwhal, meerket, lynx, koala, jackalope, ibex, heron (hehehe, I started with Heron), Gibbon, Fawn, Eft, drake, badger, hedgehog, warthog.....

Koala is usually considered the cutest by far.

I'm now on Oneiric Ocelot, so I have to say the Ocelot :P However the best release name so far is Maverick Meerkat imo :p

Ok, since I have been using Ubuntu, we have had Jackalope, Koala, Lynx, Meercat, Narwhal, Ocelot, and Pangolin.

Of those, I would choose the Karmic Koala.

Ocelot. I love felines. Comparatively, a Pangolin is ugly.

I have used Ubuntu for a long time. I also use other distros. I tend to think in terms of release numbers rather than names.

The Ubuntu release that I felt most customized the default installation to feature the animal name was Ubuntu 8.04 "Hardy Heron". The default wallpaper had a heron that actually looked something like a heron. :)

I use servers most of the time; therefore, I don't see the default wallpaper very often. :)

Server in graphic mode can be a silly thing, if I recall from something else.
