I just deleted the Hp-tools partitions so there is only 3 primanry partition, shrunk the win7 volume by 60gb so there is around 64 gb of free space..
I did a reboot and it did not run a chkdsk it just restarted I did A second restart and no check again I did defrag and chkdsk before is it good to go or should I do the check before partitioning with g-parted for the install ..
also the unallocated space from the tools partition as I see it from windows is spilt from the larger area I maded by shrinking the win 7 volume so I have one area of 60gb and another of 3gb divided by the recovery partition is this ok to use one for the ubuntu install and the smaller for swap or is there a way to move them together without issues ..
