I am a noob to start learning linux. I used to use 11.10 and it ran well. Recently i deleted the previous ubuntu and installed Ubuntu 12.04 because it upgraded so slow. When i rebooted, it just showed a purple screen but i could hear the system sound. Is it my graphic card problem(nvidia GTX 550 ti)? I looked around the forum and tried to modify the wubildr-disk.cfg file but nothing happened. I am very confused and wonder what the reason is. I will very appreciate someone could help out here. Thanks very much!
