I think Ubuntu is great and the team does a great job.
Once thing I find incredibly frustrating is that with EVERY major upgrade of Ubuntu, VMWare products break. The VMWare team is pretty good at getting fixes out.
I'm asking the Ubuntu team to add another test to their processes, that test being running at least one vmware product e.g. vmplayer.
I'm not suggesting that Ubuntu need fix any issues that arise. However it would be useful to let the VMWare team know that their software will not work when the next version of Ubuntu is released and why.
