Shell FTP Script

Hello All:

I am looking for shell FTP script to upload files and remove files. Here is the workflow I am looking at.

1) Delete the files on FTP server in backup folder
2) Upload the files from web server to FTP
3) Delete files from web server

Please help me in this regard,
