so whats actually changed between 11.10 and 12.4 ? all i notice is that the side bar is blue and dosent go away and that i no longer have mupen 64???:guitar:

I don't completely understand your question. The unity launcher will not dodge windows any more, but you can set it to auto-hide in the appearance settings. I'm not sure if you are allowed to discuss emulators. However I'm not completely sure why you don't have it(maybe you haven't installed it yet:lolflag:).
