Hi, I am wondering what libraries I should use for this program I am making. I will program in C. The things each libary has to do is listed below.

Photo Capture, with face recognition (to tell who the person is), and storage options for the pictures. I looked at opencv, but it doesn't look like I can even use it

Bluetooth audio transmission and recieving using SCO. I looked at bluez and I am probably going to use that.

A voice sysnthesizer. I have no clue what to get for this.

Voice recognition. Probably Sphinx3

Perhaps you care to elaborate why not - the answer might help people here to suggest alternatives.

Opencv 2.3 does not have C api for facial recognition, so I tried to get Opencv 2.1, but I had no luck instaliing it.
