Process 16 Images using ImageJ

Hi,

I have 16 X-ray grey scale images. The images have about 6 items which have been X-ray'd.

Once i have stacked the images I am trying to work out how I can make 1 of the items stand out while the rest get blurred.

Due to an X-Ray being a biometric identifier for a patient, I'd really watch where you posted these. Though, I'm not sure where you are from, in the states posting such images for public view would be in direct violation of HIPAA policies and could result in heavy fines based on the outlines in the ARRA.
