Let's talk about file system choices

Unlike Windows, we have a number of file systems available on Linux:
XFS, JFS, EXT4, Reiserfs, btrfs, to name a few.
Of course I won't use NTFS or FAT; I have no businesses with Windows file system.
Based on experience, I often find JFS a little faster than EXT4.
BTRFS fails to install....

Unless you have a good reason to go for anything else then go for ext4.
