I have a question.. Can I still use 11.04 if I dont like the Unity shell?

I heard 11.04 has the option to log in as CLASSIC or Unity?

Hi CWM800.

You can set almost the same look and feel as 10.04 by installing 'GNOME Fallback'. Take a look at this tutorial (www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2012/03/gnome-classic-in-ubuntu-12-04-its-like-nothing-ever-changed/).

I dont use Ubuntu (But i support the community and support on here and in IRC)

I have various versions in a VM, the attached shot is a VM that was 11.10 updated to 12.04.

I have a 11.04 VM with a few DE as well.

I think his point was that you can install whatever desktop environment you want...

If you see the top left hand side, it says "Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin"

You can have Gnome classic in Ubuntu 12.04. See the following articles:
