don't have hibernate option after upgrading to 12.04

after upgrade my ubuntu to 12.04 I don't have hibernate option with my hp pavillion laptop! Thanks for help!

Disabled by default in 12.04 - you can reenable it. also you can check to see it works with pm-hibernate
