Where is the Ubuntu 12.04 Alternative i386 ISO?

I am looking for the Ubuntu 12.04 i386 Alternative i386 ISO installation CD. However, it is not there. Anyone know where can I download it?

Here (http://releases.ubuntu.com/12.04/ubuntu-12.04-alternate-i386.iso.torrent) is the torrent (downloading from a torrent will probably be faster due to the huge load on the servers today).
