Yo community.
I downloaded da ubuntoo on ma pc (I have windows vista sp1) But I have a problem. Whenever I try to boot into it, my screen just turn off and I cant see anything. Yet the computar is still runnin. HELPEEE!!

Guys, come on. Im in a really serious situation here. Guys my computer isnt working. I just want someone who wwill help mee with my currant situation.Guys this is erious.

If you are unable to find anything about your video card, perhaps you can give more about your computer... (i.e. make and model)

I have a pentium 4 with 2.35 gigs of ram.

Does liveCD work?
Did you try the nomodeset setting on the liveCD? from the links previously posted:
boot from the cd press any key at accessibility circle and keyboard, press F6 and then select the nomodeset option.

Wat is a live cd? I have ubuntu on alot of floppy discs.
And by the way I have 4 3.0 usb ports on ma computar. Odes this be affectin ma flopper discs and/or ma live cd drive.
Also, my norty protector is out of date. Is that a problem.
Also my mouse is made by sony.
BTW i have dial up.
I hope this is all useful.
Maybe I sshould downgrade to Windows 95?
Or DOS.
