Upgraded from 11.10 to 12.04 and have lost all partitions

Hello,
Can anyone help me with this situation, all of the partitions seems to still be there as I can see them on the live cd. But grub must not be pointing to the correct partitions. On load, Grub just tells me "error: partition does not exist", how do i go about fixing this? Any help is much appreciated!

Woo, looks like that did the trick, almost feel bad for posting about it now and not finding that tool my self. Thank you very much for you help! Going to mark it solved now..
