Ubuntu logo mis-use?

Browsing through the Android Market aka. Google Play Store, I saw this app:

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who finds their logo very familiar:

It's not the same logo.

It is similar to the way the Honda and Hyundai logos resemble each other. Similar but not the same :)

Its similar, but not the same. It does however prove someone has no originality skills when designing a logo. We have seen this happen from time to time over the past few years.
