I had doublechecked the boot priority order at the BIOS. It still point to Hardisk, and the second one is CD-ROM. In my knowledge, this is correct.
I had redo the fixmbr and fixboot command at WinXP recory console and still cant boot at WIN XP.
About the RAM, even though it is 256mb it still run flawlessly with Lubuntu. Besides 1GB DDR RAM is about twice the price of 1GB DDR3 RAM even though used. At least, in my country Indonesia :(
