natty upgrade with ISPConfig questions

I have been running Ubuntu 10.10 and ISPConfig 3 with very few problems. I have seen messages now stating that I will no longer be getting updates. So looks like Ineed to do the upgrade to natty.
Question: will this upgrade affect my ISPConfig and/or the test websites that I run on this box? If there are forseen problems what is my best route to go?
