itunes woes

Hi guys!
I am pretty new to Linux and don't have an awful lot of programming experience (unless you count using a cassette recorder).
I need a step by step guide to installing/using itunes.
A numpty's guide as it were. I have tried a couple of times to install following general guides and youtube guides. Still can't get it to work.:confused:
I really don't want to dual boot. Please help!

Hi guys!
I have tried to get itunes working through wine but I can't seem to get on.:(
I have a wine itunes icon on the desk top but when I click on it nothing happens?!
I was getting sick and tired of not being able to update the o/s on the phone. So I used my xp account on my wifes laptop.
I have now lost all my data because it has now reset it's self and installed the up to date o/s?!:(:-x
I tried to reinstall from a back up which I made before reinstalling the o/s but it just keeps coming up with an error message.
If this means I now have to pay for my iTunes again I think I will just sell the phone and cut my losses.
Hacked off doesn't cover it I am afraid.:mad:

itunes usually remembers your music if you log-in with the same user.

I chose an Android to get away from itunes.
