Changing the icons size in the launcher

Hello everyone :)

I am finding that the icon size on the launcher is a bit too big for my own taste.

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the size of the icons, thus having more icons on the launcher?

are you talking about unity ?? if so ,
install ccsm from software center
then search for ccsm in unity and click on it ,
under unity plugins , tab experimental change icon sizes .

I had CCSM and the unity plugin, but I never noticed that I could change the icon size of the launcher...

With 12.04 we can change icon size through System Settings>Appearance even without CCSM installed.
