cant buy single ubuntu cds anymore

I used to be able to order just one ubuntu cd for installation... now they dont offer this? how do i get my hands on a single cd like i used to be able to get

I wasn't aware that you couldn't get a CD from Canonical any longer. You could always do like most of us and download the ISO yourself and then make your own CD.

You can download the ISO from here:
http://www.ubuntu.com/download

Simply burn it on a CD and youre ready to go.
