A post like this hardly deserves a response, but I will assume English is not your first language, and give you benefit of the doubt-
What exactly is your question? Please give plenty of information so we can best know how to help you.

You're saying that you currently have Ubuntu installed via Wubi, and you'd like to transfer the Wubi system to a partition on your HD and dual boot?
If so, it is possible, but rather involved. See this post. (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1519354)
If you can, I would strongly recommend removing your Wubi installation and making a fresh one on your HDD.

It is easy to use virtual machine to try out new distros. I am currently a new user to Ubuntu, but at the same time want to keep my windows OP(all my files are on it.. I have an excuse..barely).

Virtual Machine is a way to run a computer inside of your computer. This allows you to stay away from partitioning your computer, which for some people means destroying everything they held dear on their pc.

It is easy to setup and pretty straightforward when trying to figure out. When creating a new virtual machine, you can select the .iso file you want and boot up! Then save the machine state like any emulator and be on your way! Hope this helped.

See my post number 4. The link in that post should get you what you need. If you don't need any data from your Wubi installation, see this thread (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WindowsDualBoot).
