cant reload synaptic analyser

Im absolutely new to ubuntu
i was trying to install flex and bison package on my own but that isnt
happening, then i tried reloading the synaptic manager, while doing
that i got a error msg .. plz help :(

i hv no idea what any of this means :(

Karmic is not supported any more.That is the reason why you are getting those error messages.You can install 12.04 beta or wait until end of month and then install final release.Of course you can install other supported versions,but then you will have to upgrade if you want 12.04 when it is released.
