Well, what is the best option right now. I live in Bulgaria and many want to get an original CDs.

Perhaps this is the best option for now. The package has a standard Ubuntu, Ubuntu Server and a Kubuntu.

The CD bundle pack contains:

x2 Ubuntu 11.10 Desktop Edition CD (https://shop.canonical.com/product_info.php?products_id=915)
x2 Ubuntu 11.10 Server Edition CD (https://shop.canonical.com/product_info.php?products_id=916)
x1 Kubuntu 11.10 Desktop Edition CD (https://shop.canonical.com/product_info.php?products_id=917)

this forum is not the shop or canonical.

We are all volunteers.

As stated best waiting for 12.04 which is due out on 26th April.

If not then order what you want from the site, we cant tell you what that is or how much it will cost or how long it wil take.

I take it you cant download it where you are ?

Peace

Calculating shipping costs
Shipping costs are worked out automatically and are displayed when you reach the checkout (but before you finalise the order). They are based on the weight of the items in your basket, the delivery address and the chosen method of shipping, so unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a quote on shipping prior to placing your order.:confused::confused::confused::confused: :confused::confused:

then just go to checkout and you will see what you need to see...then DONT CHECKOUT ;-)

you dont have to place the order

Unfortunately this is the last Kubuntu you will get from the shop :( from canonical at least.

If you're worried about shipping time/cost, buy some CD's from a local store and download Ubuntu onto them.

well the most common reason people want to buy the CD is due to download caps or pay per mb or speed etc.

Perhaps the OP being in Bulgaria has to deal with that hence wanting a CD.

@tetri, if you are an Ubuntu member, or have a Bulgarian Loco, you can usually get a deal on CDs, the last I saw is all you had to pay was shipping.

Delivery will be the same for members free cd's as bought ones I suispect.

Go through the shop as far as the checkout to find out - we do not know how much delivery will be from the shop to Bulgaria.

As told previously - just don't complete the transaction.

You really need to just do as you have been told and then you will find out.

Closing this now - you have the answer.
