When I search "java" in the Ubuntu Software Center nothing shows up.

I have installed some java via the command prompt (Openjdk-6-jre, openjdk-7-jre, openjdk-6-jdk) but I cannot get it to appear in "Open with other application" Or anywhere for that matter. When I type in java -version this is the output:

wesley@wesley-Extensa-5620:~$ java -version
java version "1.7.0_03-icedtea"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea7 2.1) (7~u3-2.1-1ubuntu3)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 22.0-b10, mixed mode)

I have just upgraded from Xubuntu 11.10 to Ubuntu 12.04 Beta.. I was having crazy Java issues on Xubuntu which is one of the reasons I switched back. I am mainly using java for Mincraft.
