Cant watch online videos :S

Iv just recently installed Ubuntu from win7 and when i got online i cant watch videos on numerous sites like dailymotion etc. i can watch videos on youtube though. when i went on dailymotion and clicked on a video the video doesn't appear and it doesnt tell me that i need additional drivers.

Launch Software Center and search for "Adobe Flash Plugin", select it from the result list, then click install button. After installing, restart Firefox.
