I got a problem when installing the ubuntu 10.04.3 on a laptop which is sony vaio sz55
the display card has been changed to Intel 965 moblie.
Ive download serveral version of ubuntu server,alternative,destop, but all encountered a same problem. when I execute the install order, the screen goes black.but it seems the install program is running.
Ive also tried different method,like selecting the nomodeset by pressing F6, or add some parameters like vga=ask; i915.modeset=1/0, acpi=off, acpi_osi="Linux" behind the order boot . all doesnt work, and i can not installed the program.
Can some one help, I got despaired
