Has anyone else seen this?

Any thoughts?

Cool, except they better change the name or it will get very confusing and be misleading.

However...it was March 31st when I read this, and I never think of those things on March 31st, but somewhere in the world it was April 1st I guess. It seems relatively believable though, so I didn't question it :P

Wow. Can't wait to hear the details. Like, based on Stable or what?

The one major thing I can see, is that it could no longer be a part of the Ubuntu family.

Why the major change anyway? I can see no problem.
Educate me please.

Haha! I love April Fool's in the Linux community. Every year a couple of crazy things get posted as jokes that actually fool LOTS of people.

Omg, this is the best ever! I wonder if they actually made that an app? I'd get it just for fun.

I know that this is an April Fool but I actually think that this is a good idea. To send messages using morse code on a "smart phone" I think is genius.

 It was early this morning. I thought that one was real. There was a thread on here last week about autonomous driving. :lolflag:

It's great! I posted a fake "panic post" about it on Facebook and got a few people with it... kinda makes up for all the times I've been April fooled by this kind of thing.

I was freaking for a minute there. I did not realise it was April 1st today.

The last couple Xubuntu releases have been very good, and I would not want to see them chance. I would like to see a really good Xfce distro on Debain Testing though (as LMDE Xfce has sucked pretty hard).
