I like most of them but the clear winner in my book is:

Parmigiano Reggiano Stravecchio (the longest matured)

Got to be the real thing though and not that powdery crap they sell in tubs!!!

It depends. On a sandwich- Colby w/dill pickles and mayo. As a topping/casserole- Sharp Cheddar. On spagghetti- Parmesan/Romano mix.

Manchego cheese with Serrano jam and a glass of Cabernet Savingnon from Ribera del Duero will be nice.

Limburger. To die for. It's so creamy and smooth it should be illegal. Too bad it's WAY too expensive for me. People are scared away from it because of the smell when you first open it, but I can assure you that when you peel the rind (skin) off, and melt it on your favorite food, it has absolutely no smell and will make you think you've died and gone to heaven.

I love loads of different cheeses but I've got a heart condition and that demands a low cholesterol and low fat diet!!!
I'm only allowed a piece of cheese the size of a matchbox per day!!

I favor Colby cheese. Some people call it Colby Cheddar.

You should change the "Cheese is for mice" option to "Cheese for everyone! No wait, cheese for no one."

"Tasty" - not to be confused with regular cheddar, but with a bit of extra zing.

I tend to use peanut butter on the mouse trap.

To bad we are limited to just one. I pretty much like all cheese and there are sooooo many good ones.

Same here, it never fails.

As long as it does not have the horrid texture of american cheese or that fake velveeta junk... all cheese is good by me.

I can't stand it. Don't put cheese anywhere near me or I'll get upset.

I like Schabziger or sapsago. Although the smell causes the people around me to turn the same colour as the cheese, greenish gray.

I am unable to eat blue / green cheese.

A horror story goes along with the reason why..

Goats cheese, although aside from the odd bit of Brie, I rarely eat the stuff!

Red Leicester is my favourite.

I also eat cheddar and the like. I usually avoid blue cheeses.
